Matt Evans has been licensed with Summit Realty since 1993. Matt and Dan have sold over 1,000 homes and over 200 building lots since 1993.

Matt and Dan have been recognized for their consistent high production by The Real Estate Top Producers elite referral network. Matt is a member of the Utah County Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors.

He is a graduate of the Realtor’s Institute (GRI), and has earned his Seniors Real Estate Specialist, he is an Accredited Buyer Representative. He was a member of the Utah County Association of Realtors Grievance Committee and served as its Chair. He served on the Wasatch Regional Multiple Listing Service Board for two years. Matt is also a professional writer; an article he published was chosen as a Notable Essay in Best American Essays 2013.

Matt spends his free time training for marathons, writing, and enjoying the company of his beautiful wife, Brooklyn, and their four children.
